The guy sold me a part he claimed was a direct replacement, but it didn't fit. Refused to offer a refund, just store credit. Frustrating.

Unprofessional and dismissive
I tried to explain the part I needed and the guy just sighed and rolled his eyes. I eventually left and ordered online instead.

Good parts, but long wait
They had the cables I needed, but I waited over 20 minutes just to get to the counter. They need more staff on the floor.

Waste of time and money
Product failed immediately and they wouldn't help. Rude, lazy, and overpriced. Stay away if you value your time.
