Scheduled an appointment for 8am and did not get my car back until 4pm. They said they were short staffed but it really messed up my whole day.

They tried to charge me double for a simple sensor replacement compared to what other shops quote. Felt like I was being taken advantage of.

Took my car for a recall fix. They had the part in stock and finished the job in just a few hours. No issues since then. Pretty good experience.
