They damaged my leather seat during a routine service and tried to act like it was already there. Never coming back to this location.

Professional and fast
Took my Q50 in for an oil change. They were quick, professional, and even cleaned the car before returning it. Couldn't ask for a better service experience.

Service was average
Technicians are skilled, but scheduling can be a nightmare. Had to wait three weeks just for an oil change appointment, which seems excessive.
