Cars are great, but the service department is hit or miss depending on who you deal with. Prices are a bit on the higher side too.

Terrible communication from sales staff
I was promised a follow-up call about a used Countryman but had to chase them down for three days. Once I got there, the car was already sold.

Great service department
Mike in service is the man. He took care of my transmission flush in record time and even gave me a loaner car while I waited for the parts to arrive.
