The cart we were promised was unavailable and they didn't even call us. We had to wait for an hour in the heat for a substitute.

Broken cart ruined our day
We paid for a full day but the cart died within an hour. They wouldn't offer a refund, just wanted to try to fix it which took forever.

Solid carts but a bit pricey
Really enjoyed our ride. The cart was reliable and well-maintained. Just felt the daily rate was a bit on the higher side compared to others.
