Mixed feelings on recent visit
They fixed the AC issue but left a greasy smudge on my door panel. The service advisor was nice, but attention to detail needs work.

Quick tire swap and balance
Went in for a new set of tires on my Fusion. Mark got me in and out in less than two hours. Great experience all around.

Solid service but long wait time
The mechanics know what they are doing. My only gripe is the long wait time in the lobby even with a scheduled slot. Otherwise, very satisfied.
