Poor communication from service desk
Dropped off my Crosstrek for an oil change and tire rotation. Nobody called me when it was finished, waited for nothing.

Waiting area needs an update
Very long wait for a simple tire rotation. The coffee machine was broken and the wifi wasn't working well either.

Five star service for maintenance
Quick and easy oil changes every time I come in. The service writers are always polite and know their stuff.
