Too noisy and rude neighbors
I complained about the noise from the apartment above mine three times and nothing changed. Thin walls make it hard to sleep.

Nice quiet apartments
Apartments are spacious for the price. Rent is reasonable for Starke. Only downside is the visitor parking is always full on weekends.
