Apartments are spacious for the price. Rent is reasonable for Starke. Only downside is the visitor parking is always full on weekends.

I have had no issues in my three years here. The neighbors are great and the office staff is always polite and helpful.

Great value for the money. My apartment was spotless when I moved in. Just wish they had more laundry machines.

Great community and friendly staff
Highly recommend these apartments. Very well managed and they actually fix stuff when you ask. Very happy here.
