Car was there for four days for a simple part replacement. No one updated me, I had to keep calling to check the status. Very disorganized lately.

Disappointed with recent wait times
I had an appointment but still had to wait over two hours for a simple service. The work is good, but the efficiency has really dropped off lately.

Decent service, but high costs
The technicians do good work, but the pricing is getting very high for routine maintenance. The waiting area is nice, but I expected more value.
