They cancelled our reservation an hour before the trip and offered no alternative. Extremely disappointing after driving all the way here.

The manatees were great to see, but the boat was a little too full for my taste. Hard to get good photos.

It was fine, just not quite as immersive as I had hoped. The staff was friendly though and the gear worked perfectly.
