The repair seems solid but the communication during the process was pretty poor. Had to keep calling for updates.

Never fixed my engine issue
Paid a lot for diagnostics and they told me it was fixed, but the problem started up again the next day. Totally frustrated.

Best Cadillac service in the area
They fixed my suspension perfectly and had the parts in stock ready to go. The technician kept me informed the whole time.
