Bought the car and they lost the spare key. Promised to send it but never did. Keep getting the runaround when I call to check.

Lack of transparency on fees
The initial price seemed great but they added a bunch of hidden fees at the end. Not the most transparent business practices I've encountered.

Sold me a lemon
Transmission failed within a week. They refused to do anything about it. Unethical and dishonest business. Do not trust them with your money.
