Hidden fees and poor communication

Unprofessional and very long wait
Waited over 40 minutes for someone to help me even though I had a reservation. The car wasn't cleaned properly inside either.

Quick and easy rental experience
Everything was perfect. The paperwork was ready when I got there and the car was in great condition. I highly recommend them.
