The staff is nice enough, but the operation seems disorganized during holidays. Waited nearly an hour just to get fuel because of poor traffic management on the water.

Worst experience ever. They moved my boat without permission and ended up damaging the hull on the lift. Management is completely unhelpful and just keeps passing the buck.

They promised my boat would be ready for the water by Friday but nobody had touched it. When I called, they couldn't even tell me where it was in the yard.

The entire process of getting my boat out for the weekend is seamless. I really value the staff's professionalism and how well they maintain the docks and surrounding area.

I appreciate the attention to detail here. They treat every boat like it is their own. I haven't had a single issue since I started renting a slip here.
