Billing errors
Twice now they have charged me for more gallons than my tank holds. It takes way too long to get a credit back. Getting tired of watching them.

Consistent performance
Delivery guy was super polite and left the area clean. I really appreciate the consistent service I get from Prescott Gas every single time.
