Brought in my Passat for a check engine light. Nobody called me for two days. When I finally showed up, they couldn't even tell me if they had the part in stock. Pretty frustrating lack of updates.

Worked with Sarah to pick up a new Golf GTI. Financing was smooth and she was really knowledgeable about the tech packages. Only knocked off a star because the wait for the detailing team was longer than promised.

Took my Jetta in for a 20k service. Mike at the desk was super professional. They got the parts in fast and the work was solid, just took about an hour longer than estimated to finish up.

I absolutely love my new Taos! David made the whole trade-in process on my old sedan incredibly easy. The financing team got me a great rate that beat my bank's offer. Definitely recommend.
