Took my CR-V in for the scheduled maintenance. Mike was the service advisor and he was excellent. Everything was done early and the car is quiet now.

The work was done correctly but the quote I got over the phone changed when I arrived. It was only twenty bucks more, but still annoying.

Good place for service
Standard dealer service. A bit pricey but I trust them with my Honda more than the local chain shops. They do quality work every time.

Terrible experience
Went in for a simple repair and they made it worse. Now my engine light is on and they want to charge me more to fix what they broke. Never again.
