Nice selection and knowledgeable staff. The couch I bought is very comfortable and was exactly what I was looking for. My only slight complaint is the delivery window was much larger than I expected.

Bought a new king size mattress set here and we love it. The delivery crew was careful with our home and installed everything exactly where we wanted it. Professional job from beginning to end.

The furniture is nice and looks like it will last. However, getting help on the floor took way longer than it should have. It wasn't even that busy. Once we got help, though, the person was fine.

My dresser arrived but it was missing all the mounting hardware for the drawers. I've been waiting over a week for them to ship the parts out. Frustrating experience for what I paid.

We spent all day looking at other stores in the area, but this was by far the best experience. The staff at this branch is attentive and helpful. We walked out with a great deal on our living room.

We went in to check out a new bedroom suite. They had a huge variety and the showroom was very clean. We ended up ordering a bed. Everyone was helpful and polite throughout our visit.

They delivered my new sectional and the delivery guys tracked mud all over my floor. Plus, the couch had a tear in the fabric. Called three times and got put on hold forever. Absolute nightmare.

I found a beautiful dining set. It was a little pricey but the quality seems very high. The sales staff was helpful during the process. Just wish the wait time for delivery was a bit shorter.

The sales team in Queens is great. I tried out several mattresses and felt no pressure to buy the most expensive one. They helped me find the perfect fit for my back issues. Great experience overall.

I had a small issue with a previous order and the manager here really stepped up to solve it. It’s rare to find such high levels of customer care these days. Truly appreciate their hard work.
