They delivered my new sectional and the delivery guys tracked mud all over my floor. Plus, the couch had a tear in the fabric. Called three times and got put on hold forever. Absolute nightmare.

Nice selection and knowledgeable staff. The couch I bought is very comfortable and was exactly what I was looking for. My only slight complaint is the delivery window was much larger than I expected.

Bought a new king size mattress set here and we love it. The delivery crew was careful with our home and installed everything exactly where we wanted it. Professional job from beginning to end.

The furniture is nice and looks like it will last. However, getting help on the floor took way longer than it should have. It wasn't even that busy. Once we got help, though, the person was fine.

My dresser arrived but it was missing all the mounting hardware for the drawers. I've been waiting over a week for them to ship the parts out. Frustrating experience for what I paid.
