everything is well maintained. the security guards are friendly and i feel very safe letting the kids ride bikes around the neighborhood.

i love living here. they really stay on top of the trash collection and the pathways are always clean for my morning walk.

the beach access maintenance is great. the association keeps the place looking nice even during the busy summer season.

they handle the pool rules pretty well. it can get crowded but that is expected. overall i feel good about the value.
