i love living here. they really stay on top of the trash collection and the pathways are always clean for my morning walk.

beautiful area to live
everything is well maintained. the security guards are friendly and i feel very safe letting the kids ride bikes around the neighborhood.

solid HOA board
they handle the pool rules pretty well. it can get crowded but that is expected. overall i feel good about the value.

ive lived here for three years now. the association is communicative and they really care about keeping property values high here.
