Service department is lacking
Took my unit in for a simple fix and they returned it dirty. They also forgot to put one of the storage covers back on properly. Poor attention to detail.

Decent inventory but slow service
The selection of travel trailers is huge, but the wait time to talk to a sales rep was pretty long. Once I sat down with Mike, things moved along okay. Just wish they had more staff on the floor.

Sold me a lemon RV
Leaked on the very first trip out. They refused to cover the repair under the warranty they claimed was bulletproof. Avoid this place if you value your wallet.
