Everything was going great until we got to the finance office. Suddenly there were all these prep fees that weren't mentioned earlier. Felt like a classic bait and switch tactic.

Took my unit in for a simple fix and they returned it dirty. They also forgot to put one of the storage covers back on properly. Poor attention to detail.

Worked with Sarah on a trade-in for our Class A RV. She was super transparent about the numbers. Only knocked a star off because the walkthrough was rushed, but otherwise a solid deal.

No pressure at all. I spent hours looking at different models and Kevin just let me walk around and ask questions. Got a fair price on my old motorhome too.
