Hard to get help on a Saturday. Store has cool stuff but the staff seemed overwhelmed by the crowd. Products are great though.

Excellent product demo
Loved testing the new tablets. Mike showed me all the features and helped me trade in my old device for a good credit.

Professional and helpful
My phone screen was cracked and they fixed it under warranty without any drama. So glad I came to the official store instead of a mall kiosk.

Great store layout and help
The store is very clean and bright. Staff helped me compare the new phones quickly. Would have been 5 stars if checkout was faster.

Terrible customer service on return
Bought a monitor that was defective. Trying to exchange it was a nightmare with the staff arguing over policies. Won't buy hardware here.
