Average service but long wait times
The mechanics did a decent job on my Buick Enclave, but the service department takes forever. Dropped it off at 8am and it wasn't ready until 5pm.

Finance manager was very rude
After we agreed on a price, the finance guy tried to pressure me into a high interest rate. When I refused, he became very short with me.

Unresponsive finance department at this dealer
Went in to trade in my Yukon. They lowballed the trade value, then kept me waiting for three hours just to talk to financing. Very disorganized.

Awful experience with hidden fees
Sales guy pushed a bunch of add-ons I didn't ask for. When I pointed it out, he was rude and dismissive. Avoid this place if you can.
