They always use genuine VW parts here which is why I keep coming back. The staff is polite, just wish they were a bit faster with check-in.

Sometimes you get out in an hour, other times you're waiting all day. The mechanics know their VW stuff but the scheduling needs work.

They did a good job on my Jetta, but you definitely pay the dealership premium here. Might look for an independent shop next time.
