They fixed the main issue, but they missed a small brake light that was out despite me asking them to check everything. Decent, but not perfect.

Sometimes you get out in an hour, other times you're waiting all day. The mechanics know their VW stuff but the scheduling needs work.

They did a good job on my Jetta, but you definitely pay the dealership premium here. Might look for an independent shop next time.
