Staff is always friendly and they explain the technical stuff well. Just wish the loaner car availability was better for long repairs.

Sometimes you get out in an hour, other times you're waiting all day. The mechanics know their VW stuff but the scheduling needs work.

They did a good job on my Jetta, but you definitely pay the dealership premium here. Might look for an independent shop next time.
