Poor return policy experience
Tried to return an item that was defective and they gave me such a hard time even with the receipt. Left with a very bad impression.

Staff seemed totally uninterested
Asked a question about a compound bow and the guy at the counter basically told me to just read the box. Left without buying anything.

Solid prices and inventory
Found everything I needed for my camping trip. The store is well organized and clean. Wish they had more options for hiking boots, but otherwise good.
