It's an older building so expect some drafts in the winter, but it's safe and close to the main roads which is nice.

Roach issues and no help
Constant bug problems even after asking for pest control repeatedly. Management doesn't seem to care once your lease is signed.

AC broke three times last summer and they took forever to send someone out. Definitely not worth the high rent prices here.

Pretty good place to live. Pool area is well maintained and the staff usually responds to emails within a day or two.
