AC broke three times last summer and they took forever to send someone out. Definitely not worth the high rent prices here.

Decent for the price
It's an older building so expect some drafts in the winter, but it's safe and close to the main roads which is nice.

I've been here for two years and have zero complaints. Very convenient to the shops and the management team is very friendly.

Great spot if you like peace and quiet. Management is solid and I never had any major issues with my neighbors or the unit.

Everything from the initial showing to move-in was great. The grounds are always clean and the parking situation is easy.
