Horrible communication
They promised to have a trailer ready at 8 AM. I showed up and it wasn't even inspected yet. Waited two hours. Terrible management.

Do not recommend
Rented a chipper that was dull and barely worked. They refused to give a discount even after I brought it back early. Very poor service.
