The machine was fine but the drop-off area was extremely crowded and took forever to get checked in. Needs better organization during peak hours.

Horrible communication
They promised to have a trailer ready at 8 AM. I showed up and it wasn't even inspected yet. Waited two hours. Terrible management.

Billing nightmare
The rental process was fine, but the billing department made a massive error on my final invoice. Took three calls to get it corrected, really annoying.
