Bad quality control
The paint started peeling off the trailer the first time it rained. When I called, they just gave me the runaround. Very disappointed.

Fast and friendly
Got in, found a trailer, signed the papers, and hit the road. Total time was maybe 40 minutes. You can't beat that kind of efficiency.
