The tub is fine, but the financing paperwork took forever because of a mixup in their system. Would suggest streamlining the process.

Broken parts and poor follow up

High quality spas but long install
The hot tub quality is amazing, but the installation was delayed by a couple of hours. Once finished, everything worked perfectly, so no major complaints.
