The tub is fine, but the financing paperwork took forever because of a mixup in their system. Would suggest streamlining the process.

Broken parts and poor follow up
The filter housing was cracked on arrival. It has been three weeks and I am still waiting for the part to arrive so it can actually function.

Best purchase for the backyard
Staff was helpful and guided us through the chemicals and maintenance schedule. Everything works great and we use it almost every night now.
