They had the propeller I needed but it took over a week to arrive. The staff was polite about the delay though and kept me updated on the status.

Poor communication
Dropped my motor off and didn't hear back for three days. Had to call them myself to find out they were waiting on a part that was out of stock.

Good reliable service
They did a good job on my annual maintenance. A little more expensive than the independent guy I used before, but the quality of work is much better.
