Fantastic service for my warehouse
They installed a full CCTV and alarm setup for my shop. It works exactly like they promised. Really professional team and they kept the site tidy during install.

Excellent customer support
Had a minor issue with a sensor and they sent someone out the next morning. Fixed it for free and made sure everything else was calibrated correctly. Great service.

Peace of mind is priceless
Very happy with the security setup. The alarms are loud and the sensors are sensitive enough without being annoying. Customer support is very responsive if you need them.

Too many false alarms
The system keeps triggering false alerts at night. Very annoying. Had them look at it twice now and it still keeps happening. Ready to cancel my service.

Reliable gear for the price
Installed their cameras last month. Good quality images and clear night vision. A bit pricey but the quality is definitely noticeable compared to the cheap stuff online.

Good system, easy to use
Very solid hardware and the support is helpful if you have questions. Installation was quick too. The subscription cost is the only downside, but worth the peace of mind.

Okay service, high price
The product works exactly as advertised, but it is quite expensive compared to DIY kits. The installation was done by professionals, so I guess you are paying for that.

System is fine, app is buggy
The camera hardware is great and works perfectly. The smartphone app crashes every now and then though, which is a bit of a headache when checking the feed.

Support is hard to reach
When the system goes down, it is nearly impossible to get a human on the phone. Spent three hours on hold yesterday. Not happy with the customer care.
