Hidden fees and bad attitude
Found out about extra 'prep' fees during signing that weren't mentioned before. The finance manager got defensive when I asked about them. Shady business practices.

Decent car but follow up issues
Love my new Buick, but I had to return twice because they didn't finish the detailing properly. Staff is nice but they seem a bit disorganized on the administrative side.
