Good spot for Stihl parts. Usually have what I need in stock. Sometimes the line is long but the guys behind the counter know their stuff.

Equipment repair was a nightmare
Took my brush cutter in for a simple fix and it sat there for a month. When I finally got it back, it broke again the same day. Terrible service.

Parts took forever to arrive
Ordered some filters for my mower two weeks ago and they still aren't here. Mike in the back keeps saying they're on backorder but communication is really lacking.

Walked in looking for heavy equipment parts and the guy at the counter acted like I was an inconvenience. Never coming back here again.
