The welds on my new trailer started rusting after three weeks. They refused to honor the warranty and told me it was environmental wear. Terrible quality.

Okay trailers but long wait times
Trailer is solid but the paperwork took forever. I sat in the lobby for two hours waiting for someone to finalize the bill of sale for my trade-in.

Terrible customer service and hidden fees
Showed up to pick up my trailer and the price was hundreds higher than what we discussed. They just shrugged and said fees changed. Avoid these guys.

Wrong part installed on my trailer
