Terrible experience
Reserved a truck but they didn't have it when I showed up. Had to wait an hour and the substitute was way more expensive. Extremely disappointed.

Good truck
The truck I got was in good shape and clean. The desk clerk was friendly and got me out the door fast. A bit of a wait in line though.
