The truck was dirty inside and smelled like smoke. I had to clean it myself before I put my couch in. Not acceptable for a rental place.

Easy rental
Rented a cargo van for my move. Process was easy, van was clean and drove well. Returning it was quick and easy too. Would use them again.

Terrible experience
Reserved a truck but they didn't have it when I showed up. Had to wait an hour and the substitute was way more expensive. Extremely disappointed.

Solid van
Van was good for moving my furniture across town. Staff was helpful with the paperwork. I wish the gas was full, but it was okay overall.
