My phone wouldn't connect to my home wifi, they figured it out in seconds. They are true pros at this store. Highly recommend for any issues.

Long waits for simple issues
Every time I come in here for a phone issue, I end up waiting at least an hour. The staff is polite but they just seem overwhelmed.

Decent store, very busy
Service is good, but you have to be prepared to wait a while. Even with an appointment, it seems like things run behind here.

Helpful staff, great store
Really appreciated the help with setting up my new tablet. Everything is running perfectly now. The staff here is really high quality and friendly.
