Got my new iPad set up here. The staff are always helpful and polite. Took a little while to activate but everything is working perfectly now.

Standard store visit
Pretty straightforward trip to get a new charger. Place was clean and the associate was nice. No complaints about the service at all.

Smooth process
Dropped my phone and needed a screen replacement. Marcus handled it all professionally and told me exactly how long it would take. The price was fair and the service was just excellent overall.

Terrible customer care
I spent over an hour waiting and nobody even acknowledged me. I just walked out and went somewhere else. Not impressed with how they manage the line at all.

The store was fine but they didn't have the specific phone color I wanted in stock. Had to order it for delivery later. Service was pleasant though.
