Went in for a battery issue. They checked it out right away and swapped it out under warranty. It was such a relief not to have to send it off somewhere else. Thanks for the quick fix.

Pretty straightforward trip to get a new charger. Place was clean and the associate was nice. No complaints about the service at all.

Dropped my phone and needed a screen replacement. Marcus handled it all professionally and told me exactly how long it would take. The price was fair and the service was just excellent overall.

I spent over an hour waiting and nobody even acknowledged me. I just walked out and went somewhere else. Not impressed with how they manage the line at all.

The store was fine but they didn't have the specific phone color I wanted in stock. Had to order it for delivery later. Service was pleasant though.
