The repair was fine but the wait was longer than they promised me at the start. They need better coordination between the techs and the front desk staff.

Quality work every time
They do things right the first time. No coming back for re-dos. The service writers are actually helpful and give honest time estimates for the repairs.

Reliable and honest
I stopped in because my truck was pulling to the left. The mechanic took a test drive with me and pointed out a tie rod issue. They had it fixed by the afternoon. Very happy.
