Rude service at front desk

Lost my prescription paperwork
Extremely frustrated. They lost my exam paperwork and I had to come back three times just to get a simple copy for my contacts. Won't be back.

Okay service but crowded store
The optometrist was wonderful but the store was packed and loud. It was hard to focus on picking out frames with so many people around.
