The doctor was great but the front desk was super disorganized. Waited almost 30 minutes past my appointment time to even check in for my visit.

Rude service at front desk
Called to check on an order and the person on the phone was incredibly dismissive. I still don't know where my glasses are after two weeks.

Best eye exam I have had
Everything was perfect. The appointment started on time, the doctor was thorough, and I walked out with a new pair of glasses that I love. Five stars.
